You create an inmate email account at ThePrisonPostOffice.Com for your loved one and select one of our monthly packages.

After the account has been created you will need to log-in and from there you can send as many emails as you would like. Additionally you can invite others to join your existing email account for a one time fee of $19.95. By logging onto the site, you and everyone you invite will be able to send out emails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For an additional fee of a couple of dollars per month, you will have the ability to upload up to 3 pictures per week. We will print those pictures out and include them in your weekly correspondence.

All emails will be converted and sent out based off your service schedule. If you ever want to check on a past letter, all information will be stored within your account. Each letter will only be accessible by the person that sent the original email no matter who created the original inmate email account.
